Well maintained property, clean, no nasty smells that are in so many hotels at this price point. Comfy bed, pillows, newer towels, bedding and pillows. I believe all rooms are equipped with kitchenettes including full size fridge/freezer. Stayed Monday-Friday and it was quiet, had a heavy hoof pounding walker above me my 1st night but some people are oblivious to the noise they create so that’s not a knock on the property as other nights I barely knew anyone was above me. Many reviews complain about breakfast, it is pathetic but keep in mind it’s a cheaper hotel so don’t be a fool and expect a restaurant style breakfast buffet, you do get what you pay for and what you’re getting is in line with price you’re paying.

Yes I flew in from Ocala Florida this hotel was very accommodating. Everything was nice and clean and no bed bugs praise God for that one. The customer service desk was wonderful a pleasant man was on staff that night. So whether you are just going through town or you live locally and need a night away from your children. I definitely recommend this hotel they also have complimentary breakfast so that was wonderful. Thank you for the great customer service that I received. I'll definitely come back to your hotel

This place is one notch over a dump. 1 the room smelled like a sweaty foot. 2.The bathroom tub was stained. 3. The fire alarm went off at 12:30am and then again at 6:00am for no reason. 4. No iron in the room. 5.Vibration in the wall that would last 30 seconds and would occur ever 10 minutes. 6. Looks like someone punched a hole in the wall and the repair job was terrible. 7. Cabinet door was crooked and barely. 8. Worst was was it was an NFL weekend and the price was exceedingly high compared to the dump of a room. Room 119

On Oct 1, 2023, I made a reservation with this ********* their corporate reservations department. My daughter and son-in-law were at ********************* with a dying friend and I wanted to keep them from driving 2+ hours home because they were exhausted. I was told to call the front desk for a credit card authorization form so I could pay for the room. Front desk said their manager would send it via email (which is the only contact information she asked for.)Their manager never sent the form and they had to produce payment upon check-in. When my daughter approached the general manager the next morning, he claimed to have FAXED the form to metwicewhich was a blatant lie since I dont have a fax machine and he only had my email address.In view of the fact that this is the closest hotel to ******, I expected some level of cooperation, empathy, and professionalism. But clearly the manager only cares about himself, not their guests. I am not surprised this property has no BBB rating. I worked in the hotel industry for 20 years and have never experienced this kind of negative treatment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! IF LOOKING FOR A LEVEL OF COMFORT OR SAFTEY THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!

If you have to stay overnight due to procedure or family at Bellin Hospital, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. Our room had old food and a scorched countertop. The deadbolt lock on the hallway door was broken so we had to block the door with furniture. And the manager LIED to us! The only reason I gave them one star is because the rating system has no zero.
